Art Creations Friday gave us a beautiful picture of a bride this week.

I made the background with alcohol ink and a stamp with stripes from Paper Inspirations.

Jeg har embosset deler av et overheadark over bakgrunnspapiret. Martha Stewart snøkrystallene ble farget hvite med hvit StazOn. Gammel tekst i det ene hjørnet og motiv fra North Star Stamps. Jeg fargela motivet med Copics.

I embossed some of the clear sheet. I colored the snowflake from Martha Stewart with white StazOn. The beautiful stamp is from North Star Stamps, and I colored the stamped image with Copics.

Enda et flott tekststempel fra North Star Stamps. Den lille hjerteknappen har jeg laget med en Cuttlebugdie og tykk kartong.

Og vi tenner våre lykter...

Har brukt det nye fine tekststempelet til North Star Stamps på disse fyrstikkeskene. Bakgrunnsarket ble distresset og stedvis malt med Gesso. Jeg har også denne gangen brukt Mica Flake fra golden. Jeg har brukt fire fyrstikkesker fra Sverige og limt sammen. Disse eskene er litt større enn den vanlige typen vi får kjøpt i Norge. Det passet bra til akkurat dette prosjektet.

Our Creative Corner, Color Challenge

Our Creative Corner has a color challenge this week. I added Distress Ink to a cardboard piece first. I then embossed the gold paper ad used sandpaper over some of the embossed areas.

I made holes in the gold paper with a punch from ek success and glued the gold paper over the blue colored cardboard.

I made the flower cutting papers in brown and gold and diecuts from a floral punch. Finally I used some Liquid Applique and Martha Stewart glitter in gold.

Bakgrunnen på dette kortet ble laget med stensil, vannmerkepute og sølv embossing. Jeg brukte også alkoholblekk.

The background was made with a stencil, watermark stamp pad and silver embossing. I also used alcohol ink.

Ale stemplene er fra North Star Stamps og motivene ble fargelagt med akvarellfarger fra Sennelier.

Let it snow is the challenge this week at the Paper Sundaes Blog.

I used a Sizzix Die cut in Cardboard. I have used Perfect Pearls and Dabbers.

And Yes: The Challenge Blog wants to see snow...

And No: I do not want snow right now. It is OK on cards, but really not outside my door... It can wait until Christmas:)

Favorite colors, Theme Thursday Challenge

My favorite color combination...., well that is the challenge this week over at the Theme Thursday Challenge Blog. These last days I have made backgrounds and cards in white, beige and light blue. I guess these colors are my favorites right now.

Background was made with Distress Ink, white embossing powder and a big stamp from Stamp Camp. The stamped image is from North Star Stamps. Border punches from EK success and Martha Stewart. Other punches from Martha Stewart and Mc Gill. Snow was made with Liquid Applique from Marvy and Stickles.
