Mixed Media Monday, Cool it down

"Cool it down" is this weeks challenge at the Mixed Media Monday Blog.

I decorated the metallic box with embossed metallic tape, alcohol ink, vintage photo from Sagen Vintage Design, pearls and flowers. The text is a rubberstamp from Stamp Camp. The diecut doily and flower are from Marianne Design. The leaves are EK success. I also used some old lace behind the vintage photo.

Blomst/Flower - On a card this time

Jeg brukte blomsten min på et kort. Teksten fra North Star Stamps ble stemplet på en plate fra Sizzix. Hjertet er fra en Cuttlebugdie.

I used my flower on a card. The text from North Star Stamps was stamped on a diecut from Sizzix. The heart is from a Cuttlebugdie.

Mixed Media Monday, Seeing red

I used a background that I made a long time ago for this project. Old lace, pearls and an image from Paper Whimsy. I colored the girls flowers with Copics and used some Distress Ink on her dress.

Birthdaycard for Kevin

This is a birthdaycard that I made for my nephew Kevin. I made the background using Distress Ink, water and stamps. The swirls are from AA-Design, text from Papirloftet and the boy is a stamp from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. I colored the stamped image with Copics.

Flower/Blomst - Tutorial

I made this flower by using Cuttlebugdies, paper, stamp and ink.

Cut four times.

Ink the "leaves" with Distress ink.

Stamp with a backgroundstamp. Mine is from Stamp Camp.

Another Cuttlebug dies.

Ink up these pieces with brown Distress, glue the pieces together and you have your flower.
