Play Date Cafe #18, Guest Designer - Tutorial!

A piece made for the Play Date Cafe Challenge. I am a Guest Designer this week too. The colors for this challenge are black and white with a splash of teal. Here is the photo from the Play Date Cafe Blog:

And here comes the tutorial on how I made this piece:

This is what you need for the project. Add some Texture Paste to a piece of thick cardboard. Let it dry!

Add black gesso.

Add white gesso, Lumiere and Neopaque.

....some small "dots" of white gesso... The background is ready!

Play Date Cafe #17, Guest Designer

I am so happy that I was asked to be this weeks Guest Designer at the Play Date Cafe Challenge blog.

The background was made using this technique.

I stamped with a border stamp from Paper Inspirations. The beautiful image is from Paper Whimsy. I colored his shirt some extra with Copic E08. I have also used a Sizzix Frame.

The top of the card is a lace made by using a stencil and some texture paste.

Another card for The Play Date Cafe Challenge. This time I colored parts of the background paper from Laura Ashley with Copics. The stamped image from Stamp Camp is also colored with Copics. The size of the card is 3,5" x 2,5", it is an ATC.

Notatbok / Notebook

Jeg har laget en notatbok. Har brukt en av de nye diesene mine fra Sizzix som ramme rundt bildet. Rammen er malt med Gesso. Boken bandt jeg sammen med min Bind it all.

I made a note book. Have used one of my new Sizzix dies (frame). The frame was painted with Gesso. I used my Bind it all to bind the book.
