The Three Muses Challenge asked for flowers this week and here it is! I made a tutorial on how to make this easy background too.
Stamped image from I brake for stamps was colored with Copics. 
Glue the paper to a piece of cardboard.
Cut the edges.
Add a paper napkin (top layer).
Border stamps from Lemonade.
